Founded in 2003 we have been investing in real estate for over 18 years. Based out of Gainesville FL, we invest in single family houses, duplexes, office buildings, and retail buildings across Florida. 

Dawn has the rare skill of being able to create beautiful places to live within a tight budget. She is a native of Lakeland and a University of Florida graduate. She's also a diehard Gator fan and keeps tabs on Tim Tebow's career. With a background in environmental science and ecotourism, she quickly found her way behind the camera as a professional photographer. She shoots weddings across the southeast. 

Dawn is the marketing, designer, fashion police, and budget master within the company. She adores subway tile walls and white oak cabinets, and is always looking to install them in our rehabs and rentals! 

John is our deal finder and chief problem solver. John is originally from Pensacola and grew up rooting for FSU. When he moved to Gainesville the adjustment to all the Orange & Blue was a challenge, but he loves the community. And getting to know the folks in beautiful Gainesville has been a blessing he wouldn't have any other way! 

John has also been a licensed commercial real estate broker in both Florida and Alabama for the past 15 years. In addition to brokerage, he spent a few years in the corporate "suit & tie" world traveling the eastern US finding new sites for a national big box retailer.
